Add mains, sides, dessert and beverages. Watch your total update as you go — per-person items scale with your headcount automatically, and pans, platters and cones let you set the quantity by hand. Not sure where to start? Answer two quick questions and we'll suggest a starting menu you can still fully customize.

Share your event date, your estimated guest count, and whether we're coming to you — dropped off at your office, campus or showroom — or you're joining us up on the deck at Barnhill's.

When your menu feels right, send it over. Nothing is charged yet — this locks in nothing except that we've received your request and started planning on our end.

Our team reviews everything — your menu, your count, your location, any delivery or packaging details — and sends you a confirmed quote with the final numbers.

A deposit (or full payment, your call) locks your event onto our calendar. Once that's settled, the date is yours.

Your food is prepared fresh and delivered to your door, or set up right here on our deck — chafing, timing, service ware and all — exactly as we planned together.

Once you're all set and paid, you can print your own decorative event menu straight from your account — a clean, printable card to set out and display for your guests.

After your event, we'd genuinely love a review. It takes a minute, it helps your neighbors find us, and it tells us what we got right.
